30-day refund policy

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights, including applicable UK cancellation and faulty-goods rights. Our 30-day no-return refund policy is provided in addition to those rights.

You may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Under this policy, you do not need to return the item. There is no return-shipping charge and no restocking fee.

How to request a refund

Email support@mardenwear.com with your order number and a short explanation. We will confirm the request and provide updates by email.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. After we issue the refund, it generally appears within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Cancellation is guaranteed only before processing begins. If processing has started, the 30-day full-refund policy above applies.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

Contact us if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, or if an order does not arrive. Include photos where applicable. After review, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
