Products and orders
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images, availability and pricing. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information is incomplete, or fraud is suspected. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Prices and payment
Store prices and checkout totals are displayed in GBP. The final product price and any delivery charge are shown before payment. No customer account is required to complete checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed by the relevant payment provider.
Delivery

Cancellations and refunds
