2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to present product descriptions, images, colours, measurements, materials and specifications accurately.
Product colours may appear slightly different because of:

Measurements and fit information are provided as guidance and may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
3. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products from Marden.
An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched.
An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted.
We may reject or cancel an order where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- a product is unavailable;
- information is incomplete or incorrect;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
- an obvious pricing or website error has occurred;
- delivery cannot be completed to the supplied address;
- the quantity ordered is not reasonably available.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed before the order is submitted.
Applicable taxes or import charges will be handled as described at checkout and in our Delivery and Shipping Policy.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.
5. BUNDLES AND PROMOTIONS
Bundle prices apply only when the required number of qualifying products is purchased in one transaction.
Where permitted on the product page, customers may select a different available colour or size for each product in a bundle.
Promotional offers:
- may be available for a limited time;
- may be subject to availability;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- may not be combined unless stated otherwise;
- may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.
Savings and reference prices will be displayed with the relevant offer.
6. DELIVERY
Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Delivery and Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed as a guaranteed delivery date.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Marden remains responsible for fulfilling the order and will assist where a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
7. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our commercial returns policy does not replace or restrict statutory consumer rights.
8. FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Products must be:
- as described;
- of satisfactory quality;
- fit for their normal intended purpose.

- damaged;
- faulty;
- materially different from its description;
- in the wrong size or colour;
- different from the product ordered.
We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, including branding, text, graphics, photographs, layouts and design elements, belongs to Marden or the relevant rights holder.
You may use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
10. CUSTOMER REVIEWS
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain:
- unlawful content;
- abusive or threatening content;
- false or misleading statements;
- personal information belonging to another person;
- irrelevant advertising or spam.
We may moderate or remove reviews that breach these requirements.
We will not remove a genuine review solely because it is negative.
